Truthfully there is very little lawn at any of these locations and so it has been fairly low stress. Mainly cleanup and snow in the winter. But over the course of our engagement I quite regularly showed up at the properties to find that nothing had been done in weeks, I'd make a call and things would usually be addressed promptly. BUT it appeared I generally had to actually call them out. At the and of this season I had to call and prompt for a fall cleanup. The crew cleaned up the leaves at one property and then filled up my tenant's garbage cans AND the neighbors with the lawn waste. Yeah that was a big problem for me. I had previously showed great patience given the context...it's only a yard. right?...but Sadly , over the last snow on Jan 23 and 24 they simply failed to show...24 hours later and still nada. I have aged tenants out shoveling the snow because the people I PAY fail to arrive. When I suggested via email that they need to arrive with greater haste or I'd need to find another service...I was basically told that I had an outstanding debt and I could shove it! Oh and there billing patterns are abysmal as well... So yeah my ire is raised...I was so patient with this unreliable service...shame on me. Find another option, why give your money away.

This has been a really unfortunate experience. They were able to do almost all of the work in the Fall, and we couldn't have been happier with the results. They noted they'd need to come out in the spring to install the ground cover, as it wouldn't survive being planted in the cold. As spring sprung, Greenlawn did not contact me. I reached out on April 2 and began a ridiculous game of back and forth until they "completed" the work on May 25. At one point, I was told they were "extremely busy" right now. Considering I paid for this work last Fall, this isn't exactly my problem. The completed work was terrible and it was suggested that "[my] expectation of filling in the entire bed was not realistic." It was not my expectation! The whole project was designed by Greenlawn! I've had to finish the work myself so that the beautiful yard isn't ruined by a terrible finish to this project. Doug seems like a great design consultant and clearly knows his stuff. We couldn't be happier with the brick work and our new lawn, but the absurdly bad service and work to complete the project has left an incredibly bad impression.
