Not only did they refuse to replace the defective mattress, but their communication was abysmal. Repeated calls and requests for updates were met with excuses. To make matters worse, without any prior notice, they randomly showed up at my house to haul away the mattress. They didn't bring a replacement, leaving me without a bed currently because they insisted the factory needed to "inspect" it first. This is beyond unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs. So I currently have no mattress and there has been zero communication from them about it. I called again the following week. Talked to the same person at the factory. they had absolutely zero idea who I was or what I was talking about. And promised they'd call me back later in the day. I originally ordered the softest available. Soon after I re-stacked the layers to get more of a medium support. It was so easy to change the layers and have options for how firm or soft my mattress is. Mine is the copper as well so it helps keep me cool and I really feel better in the morning. I was never a "morning person" but now I feel great when I wake up. I still want to lay in bed though!!
