I originally ordered the softest available. Soon after I re-stacked the layers to get more of a medium support. It was so easy to change the layers and have options for how firm or soft my mattress is. Mine is the copper as well so it helps keep me cool and I really feel better in the morning. I was never a "morning person" but now I feel great when I wake up. I still want to lay in bed though!!

Even though we told the salesman we weren't buying, he still showed us around, compared brands and prices and spent nearly an hour with us. I live in one of the largest cities in the country and can promise that customer service like that isn't so easy to come by. They had some really nice, sturdy and well made furniture and I would recommend them. Chris was great and I would happily buy all my furniture from him if I lived here.

Years of pets, kids etc., no used mattress will be clean unless its wrapped in a plastic bag. Even the delivery guy said he has heard from many customers that the salesperson did not clarify this. Called the store and they did not acknowledge their omission of the facts or offer to remove the mattress. I shopped there as they advertise removal of the old mattress. Do yourself a favor and ask specific questions and get it in writing. If not, you are on the hook to dispose of your old mattress. I have spent a lot of money in the Lakewood store over the years. I will not shop at R&F in the future. Very poor customer service. There's plenty of other places to get furniture.

We took off mattresses and they had set things under it and didn't finish setting up, things weren't tighten and things were stripped out. We do this and they don't have them now my bed is in my living room for sometime now and my daughter has to sleep on the couch. They literally said they would call us in 24 to 48 hours. They have been very helpful when we moved into our new home in choosing the right products for us. They are very patient also with our more than occasional indecisiveness. There may be less expensive places out there, but because of their customer service we continue to return to Moran's.
