They had some really nice, sturdy and well made furniture and I would recommend them. Chris was great and I would happily buy all my furniture from him if I lived here.

Called the store and they did not acknowledge their omission of the facts or offer to remove the mattress. I shopped there as they advertise removal of the old mattress. Do yourself a favor and ask specific questions and get it in writing. If not, you are on the hook to dispose of your old mattress. I have spent a lot of money in the Lakewood store over the years. I will not shop at R&F in the future. Very poor customer service. There's plenty of other places to get furniture.

We do this and they don't have them now my bed is in my living room for sometime now and my daughter has to sleep on the couch. They literally said they would call us in 24 to 48 hours. No one has called we called them 6 times and no answer. Called different locations and told them we could t get ahold of them and they took our numer and said they would call back but honestly I'm really starting to doubt this is getting fixed and honestly I would even pay even though I believe u guys are highly in the wrong I just would like to be able to move in my house and use my beds again. Two slightly older adults working the barista area with their heads down not talking to each other. Just knocking out orders! To wrap it up I would highly encourage people to not pay good money at the foot ave location as you will only experience slow non customer service oriented teenagers more concerned with their own current events than pushing customers through. Instead use your hard earned money at the Lakewood location where service and professionalism actually matter as a business model. For the owners: I'm not looking for any handouts or comps so please don't reply to me directly- I would just ask that you deal with the problems you have at your first location (I am flabbergasted that you made enough money there to open another establishment ) It just sucks, a horrible experience for the high cost and I will never give you another dime at the Foote ave. All of their pottery (except for the raku) is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. They're unbelievably sturdy; we bought our mugs around 10 years ago and I've dropped them on the hardwood floor and in the sink several times without a single scratch or chip. I always swore that I was going to complete my collection some day when I had the money, but I don't think they offer our particular glaze pattern anymore. Their pottery makes a great one-of-a-kind gift or housewarming present if you can't decide what to get someone. In addition to tableware, they also have vases, vessels, sculptures, wall hangings and ornaments. If you're in the area, set aside some time to take the beautiful drive out there and pick yourself up some pottery of your own.
