They sent me pictures of all the parts they were working on and took time to explain to me on the phone why My boat was having issues And what they were working on. I brought the boat in to get the drive resealed and new bellows. My boat also had a fuel issue which two prior mechanics were unable to diagnose, modern marine determined it was a clogged fuel pump pressure regulator and simply cleaned it out and now it's running great.

**Disappointed and Out Nearly $1,000 - Still No Fix**…read more While the front desk staff at C&O Marine are consistently friendly and professional, the rest of my experience has been incredibly frustrating. The operations manager made promises he didn't keep, and the service manager was downright rude. When things went south, I tried to escalate the issue, but the owner wouldn't even speak with me. After spending nearly $1,000, my trolling motor is still not fixed. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns to the owner, I received a call from the operations manager telling me I was the problem. That was the final straw. Customer service should be about accountability and solutions, not deflection and disrespect. I won't be returning, and I'd caution others to think twice before trusting C&O Marine with their equipment or money.

I liked his attitude so when I brought my new truck home, I made an appointment and took it to his shop. Easy to find and easy access. While there making my appointment, I met the owner, Mike. A real gentleman and an excellent customer service man. More later. I ordered a Tonneau cover for my truck and the deal was that they would install it after spraying the bed lined in. Due to a family medical issue, I had to cancel my appointment, but Mike told me to be there the following morning. Mike also offers to loan a truck, and even wondered why when I told him I didn't want to drive his truck an hour down the road. You see, whatever issues you present, he simply works around them. Anyway, I picked up my truck, clean as it was when I left it (It now had 34 miles on it). I got home, and noticed a rivet that had broken off, and the head of the rivet was rolling around in the cover. The latch was also stiff and felt like it was in a bind. When Mike saw what was going on, he had the cover taken off the truck and made it his mission to get me a new top. He called me the following day and told me that the cover was there waiting for me if I could come by. I did and within minutes his crew was on it, installing the new cover for me and installing the brackets for my railings also. What a great crew and what outstanding customer service!
