I had problems with others not calling back. When he arrived he located and dug the shutoffs and investigated the leak. Nelson was super nice and knowledgeable in the repairs and system function. I thought I had another problem with a flower bed drip emitter zone, and he took the time to evaluate the system and realized that it was my user error and did not need repair. He made recommendations for using the system efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. He also was knowledgeable of the landscape plants water requirements. Spoke to many people who showed up like we did that couldn't get in because of this stupid rule about making advance reservation that is only good for 2 hours and than you are either booted or towed. Sad that Government officials have to do that to make a dollar these days. Fredrick, TX is a whole another story....look my review on that. Save your money and spend it on alcohol and food instead.
