Contrary to most of the reviews here, my husband and I had a poor experience with our realtor from this office. We found her to be unobservant and pushy. I'm sure if we spoke with Jeff, we could have been assigned another agent, but we chose to move on to another office instead. Our introduction to the office was odd. After contacting them online through their website, I received a text from their representative, "Alex." The conversation with Alex was frustrating and involved a lot of repetition. When I spoke with Jeff afterwards, he revealed that Alex was an AI response they were trying out. I'd say it was a failure. I was assigned an agent who didn't use any of our requests for setting up our MLS search, so we got completely irrelevant listings every day (I know buyers are supposed to be able to set up their own filters, but I didn't get into it and just used Zillow instead). When we found a listing we were interested in, the realtor set up a viewing... for the wrong house. The only reason I found out it was I noticed the address on the PEAD DocuSign was incorrect. She had accidentally followed up on a different house on the same street because she said it didn't occur to her that there would be more than one. Glad I figured it out before we drove down! When we did finally start seeing houses with her, she tended to rush us through, talk very loudly over my husband and mine's personal discussions so that we had to stop and repeat ourselves to each other, and only point out things she liked about the home instead of bringing up possible issues. It's true that the sellers booked viewings back to back and only gave each buyer 15 minutes, but we should've been able to see the whole house without being rushed out of it before our time was up. When we wanted to bid on the houses, the realtor kept insisting on us raising our bids above our comfort level. We were very vocal with her about this, but she continued to bully us about it. It would have been preferable if she had known ahead of time what the bidding would be like (it's not 'predictable,' but we found that other realtors were able to let us know ahead of time if homes would be far outside of our range). She also refused our request to try and keep our discussions in writing so that we had a record of all the details (there are a lot of details to keep track of when you're house hunting!), saying that calling was easier for her. The pros were: large coverage area, pretty good availability given the home buying craze, and the fact that our realtor really did try to help us win our home bids. read more

Well.... they were wrong. When Heather Hays is your agent, she goes beyond the call of duty to make sure the process is as seamless, simple and painless as possible. I'll start with the key points: -She got us in to tour our (now) home within an hour of it posting. We were the first to see it. (It would've been sooner but we lived 40 minutes away!) -Her expertise and reputation allowed us to beat out an ALL CASH offer. It was also the first home we placed an offer on. - She facilitated a 3 1/2 week close. Including TWO holidays when all offices were closed. -She answered all our questions before we even knew we had them! -There were hiccups at the end of our escrow, right before closing and Heather worked really hard to handle everything and smooth it all over unbeknownst to us. She really takes on the stress of escrow for herself so her clients don't need to feel it. Amazing. As a first time home buyer, the process can be a little daunting.
