Called for transportation for 30 miles after my car broke down & had to be left at the dealership…read more Cab arrived promptly, rate was a reasonable $50, and got me to my destination in good time. However, the drivers personality was similar to that of a dead fish. Granted I did require a 6:30AM pickup, and I myself wouldn't have been rays it sunshine if in his position...but he was simply rude. I attempted to make polite conversation a total of 4 times, each to no avail and receiving nothing but one word answers. Upon my 5th attempt the driver just ignored me and turned the radio up to a volume so loud it was basically a "shut up & just ride". Generally I believe in tipping 20%, however this driver will receiving a mere 2%. Needless to say, my business will be taken to Fresh Air Taxi from now on.

He was very friendly and took down all of the information and assured me that she would be picked up on time. Gave me the name of the driver and description of the car. I was concerned as I tried to call back and could not get anyone to answer the phone. BUT the next morning, right on time, the driver showed up and took her to the airport. This was a big relief for me, as our options were dwindling on ways for her to get to the airport. You guys were a life saver! Thanks!
