Unfortunately, the level of service and communication is completely different from what it used to be. Communication from the office declined significantly after we moved in, and it was often difficult to get responses or have maintenance issues addressed. One of the most frustrating experiences was with maintenance scheduling. We were repeatedly told to keep our dogs put away for the entire day because maintenance would be coming, only for no one to show up. This went on for over two weeks, and every time we followed up, we were told it was due to a lack of communication. We also reported multiple times that our carpet was peeling up and explained that we were worried our dog would chew it if it wasn't repaired. Despite several maintenance requests, nothing was ever done. Now we're being held responsible for replacing the carpet, even though we tried to prevent the damage by reporting it early. It's disappointing because the customer service we received when we first moved in--and the service I experienced years ago--was completely different from what we encountered by the end of our lease. Because of the lack of communication, poor follow-through, and unresolved maintenance issues, I unfortunately cannot recommend living here.

We have a puppy, who did some damage to the carpet in the living room. After seeing a bill for over $300 I called to question regarding what I thought was a pet deposit that would cover some of the damages. Was told those fees I paid for the dog covered none of that. Then I was told they tried to patch the spots of damage, but the people they hired said it needed replacing. Instead of just replacing the damaged carpet in the living room, they have replaced all the carpeting in the entire apartment, including the bedroom which had no damage. This is getting billed entirely to us. I would recommend they rethink how they treat people moving out. I would not recommend living here after having to pay over $400 now for replacing all the carpet because of damage in a small area of the living room. It feels predatory, and I feel scammed. Avoid if you don't want surprise fees.
