However, I have had no hot water this weekend. Yesterday, I called Artic four times over five hours and finally received a callback. They sent a plumber today, who has been here for 2.5 hours and I still have no hot water in the master bathroom. He has tried many solutions to no effect. Both hot water tanks are working, and one upstairs bath has hot water but the other does not. Last March it also took four Artic Air service calls to solve another problem. As such, I have no confidence in their plumbing service and will ask for a refund on the money I paid for the Comfort Club priority service. I need a competent plumber who can restore my hot water! Use Artic for HVAC, but not for plumbing!

The office staff is GREAT. I shopped for septic companies and all local companies charge the exact same rate AND have great reviews so I picked because the lady who answered the phone was the nicest and most kind of all the companies.
