Joe showed up a few hours later and was clearly a bigger job than he expected but he knocked it out of the park. He also told me it looked like it wasn't pumped correctly the last time which was pretty disappointing to hear. As a side note Joe was driving one of the nicest septic trucks I have seen. Think it goes to show that these guys take good care of their equipment. All in all a great experience. Thanks Lisa for finding a way to squeeze us in and thanks Joe for taking care of business. I thought that I was looking at a $20,000 fix. Due to other commitments, I also had a small window during which time I could have them help me. The receptionist was wonderful on the telephone. She said that she would reschedule some routine appointments to accommodate me and she did. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and was able to clean out my tank by refilling it twice with the used water in order to remove the heavy sludge. He also helped me to figure out how to clear the lines to my gray water tank without me having to open it up. The whole experience was so much easier than I feared. I am very grateful and highly recommend these people!

Kimble spewed a load of utter nonsense about the system's size, and shockingly, the seller and their clueless attorney fell for it hook, line, and sinker. I was forcibly stuck with this excuse for a vendor, who not only failed to complete the repairs but left me dangling in frustration. Oh, but it gets better. When I had the audacity to withhold the money from escrow, I was promptly slapped with a lawsuit threat from his buffoon of an attorney. Where the hell is the concept of customer service and pride?
