From day one, we received top notch service and quality work at a very reasonable price. If we had any questions, we never felt uncomfortable asking. It was a great quote so we scheduled the cleaning. Dylan worked with our schedule and within a few days, we had bright, shiny clean solar panels. Since we hadn't had them cleaned since the were installed around 10-12 years ago, the difference is extreme! We won't hesitate to use these guys again, whenever we need exterior work done! Eric and his father maintained high quality professional work ethic throughout the entire process. They ensured me nothing but the best and they delivered. For home owners that are anal about consistency, these are you guys. Took them four days to prep and paint my two story 2000 sq/ft house. From my experience, Companies with big crews that come in and do the job in one or two days lack quality control, but IA painting understands the attention in detail. Had them paint the exterior of our two story house. They did a great job, patient, kind and checked in before they started and when they left every day. We were already a fan of the Brett Davis Band and had heard that his family had a painting business, so we just asked his advice on the quoting and he came in right where we needed. Brett's team got done in one week what we thought would take several weeks (or at least 2). The team was amazing and knew their stuff. The were also super communicative and didn't make a decision without consulting with us first. Each room they did turned out perfectly and they cleaned up everything as they went. We had some pretty tricky wood and plaster fixit jobs as well and they did each one without a hitch. This resulted in areas where drops of new colored paint on baseboards and drops of pain on carpet. Additionally, electrical socket plates were not removed, the old color was visible around the plates. we also had to repaint areas of the walls where you could still see the old color (our wall texture is rough so needed additional coats here & there). I believe he would have addressed the issues if we had told him but he was on the job longer than expected, so we just took care of it ourselves. I would recommend him, as long as he takes the above steps to improve.

I contacted a Frank through a friend in the community for a new door and door lock. He came as…read moreplanned without any problem and confirming his ETA. He was very considerate of what I really wanted which was to save my antique solid wood door and get the original deco lock to work again. We did discuss the door and getting a modern lock and it was a little overwhelming for me as I had other issues to deal with in the home. He was able to fiddle with the lock by opening up the parts and cleaning them then using oil and charged me a very fair price. He could have gone ahead with the bigger job where he would have made more money but instead he figured out how to save something I really valued in the home. I will definitely be using Frank for future painting needed and contacting him for other work. I highly recommend this man for his integrity, work ethic and fair pricing.
