They did an excellent job very thorough. They first pressured washed all surfaces the color matched trim . I had all trim painted not stucco . They masked everything and even painted chimney trim . There was one over spray spot but they color matched it perfectly. Cleaned up all debris and left me paint numbers . Would highly recommended them . We had a few companies come out and give us estimates, Pepe was the most reasonable and most communicative. They showed up on time for the estimate and answered all of our questions. We did take a LONG time to decide what colors to paint our homes exterior, so that would be my only advice, have your paint colors ready to go. They come in and are ready to work. They finished our home in 3 days; they take sure we approved of their work before finishing the job. They cleaned the area when they left so we appreciated that as well. Got over 10 quotes for exterior painting and chose Pepe's painting in the end. 10/10 great experience. They primed the whole exterior stucco, and painted with good quality paint because we did a color change to way lighter. They also did a good job at removing old peeling paint from all trim. We had less expensive quotes but beware what quality paints they use and how many coats of paint they do and if they only lightly scrape peeling paint. Several quotes used cheaper contractor grade paints also. Pepe and crew were communicative, flexible, gave us sample paint to try, and they did a clean job in my opinion. Absolutely not! I had 3 different quotes for the same job. Quotes were between $950 -$1300. They sent a quote for $4300. Of course I thought this was a mistake so I contacted the owner. Apparently it was not a mistake and offered to take $200 off the quote. I said no thank you. As a licensed estimator, their pricing has no justification. read more
