They wanted to charge us extra for them to go back into town for the driver to make a call to the office to verify the correct address. They said they called numerous times but they did not (why not leave a VM?). The owner will lie and come up for excuses as to why they did a poor job instead of trying to work with the customer. I told the owner to come get their product and they wanted to charge me money to load it though they caused an inconvenience. All could have been avoided if the driver just walked up to the house.
