The gentleman who came out was polite, helpful and spent a long time attempting to find and diagnose the problem. Even though he was unable to fix my problem he was clear in why and didn't charge me more than for what he had done (fixed a leaking valve that was unrelated). He provided me all that was needed for the next guy to know exactly what the problem was and made clear notes for him as well to help expedite the final repair. Mail already went out today so ‍..." Added another star to the rating because they refunded $65, even if it was a rude encounter. He was good but not that good, but he was just the messenger. Left me feeling kind of dirty. Do yourself a solid and buy a Ridgid Powerclear drain cleaner for $280 and watch a Video and pay yourself $300 and hour.
