6/30/2026: I was looking to have concrete poured so that water would quit sliding into the garage…read moreafter heavy rainfall or snow melt. I contacted Blake and instant communication started. He had me take photos and measurements of the area I wanted the work done. I had the estimate within a day, and the contract was signed with work to begin the following week. (7/9/2026) 7/6: I ask for an add on quote for a small section near the area that has already been contracted for work. 7/9: I reach out in the late afternoon to see if the plan is to still start project. I get a response of "will start tomorrow". 7/10: Skid steer is dropped in my driveway. Still no contact from contractor. Around 2:30, I text contractor that I have to leave and skid steer in driveway. He responds later that there was a medical emergency and he was in the ER all day w/out his phone. He asked if it would be okay to start Sunday, July 12. I agree, remind him about the add-on quote. 7/11 - I text to verify starting tomorrow (**My property is kept locked after having someone break into our garage a few years back. I do need to unlock for the contractor to get to the working area) No response. 7/12 - No show, no response 7/13 - I get a text at 6:30 a.m. that work will begin at 8. The crew shows up and they are all kind and hard working! Great communication. I ask about the plastic ground that is there and they assure me it will be removed. I am told that there will be forms put there to keep the concrete "straight". I ask about the small add-on area and am told by the crew that Yes, it is being done (even though I haven't received a quote). Due to a water line that was exposed in the area (underground sprinkler), work needed to be delayed until I could get someone here to move it. 7/17- Sent text to contractor that sprinkler line had been moved and work could resume. He called later and said that he would be here Monday (7/20) to finish as he was getting ready to leave town for weekend with family. I again mentioned the add-on area and he said it would only be like $300 more. 7/20 - No one here by 1:45 pm so I send a text. He replies "tomorrow 9:30" 7/21 - Concrete poured! Looks great except for the plastic ground that is exposed. When I ask the contractor about it, he states that wasn't in his bid. I remind him that he didn't come and look at the property, he just asked for photos and measurements. He tells me I should have said something about that BEFORE concrete was poured. I tell him that I DID tell his crew and they assured me it would be removed. He tells me that he is the owner and I should have reached out to him! I tell him he hasn't been here and his communication has been less than stellar. He tells me "whatever, no one is going to see it anyway!" I tell him I will see it and if I ever try to sell, a new owner will see it. He storms off mumbling something. I do the same! 7/22 - I do receive a text apology from the owner basically blaming his crew for not having better communication. HOWEVER, I went back and looked at his original estimate and it did include forms so I'm not sure how it was the crews fault. The crew is here and removing the plastic ground and finishing up the last of the work. We tip them as they were great!! After crew leaves, we go out and hose off the area just to get the fine dust to settle. After doing that, we notice the water is pooling into the garage (The entire reason we wanted concrete poured!!!). We asked the contractor about it and he called and told us what he would do to correct that (gravel buildup, essentially. Asked us to go buy weed mat and he would provide gravel). States he will be here the following week to complete that. That was July 22. Today is Aug 20th. Numerous texts have gone unanswered.... So....here we are! The concrete looks great! I can't complain about that. His crew was outstanding! VERY hard working and they were doing it during that HOT spell of high 90's that we had. But I paid to have it done to keep water from going into garage and we don't have that so basically, we paid for a cosmetic project vs a functional one. For the simple fact of how the owner treated us with his poor communication (and rudeness to me!), we will not be using this company again. I would not recommend HIM, but I would recommend members of his crew.

If i could give zero ratings i would. Super rude. Someone from this business came to my parents…read morehouse on an unscheduled day, (after scheduling and rescheduling multiple times) and yelled cuss words at OUR FRIENDS who were just there helping my parents put pavers in their yard. My parents werent there but when we all found out, it was super embarassing. No professionalism from these people whatsoever. I dont care how green your sod is, you do not treat customers and customers friends that way. Not a good business.

About a year ago my wife went to a book club meeting at a friend's house who had just had a patio…read moreand landscaping installed. She immediately came home and said "I love it and we have to have one." We contacted Mr Green and here we are today enjoying our new patio. It did not take a year. Even with all of their projects already going full boar they were able to get the majority of it built before Winter kicked in. It only took the team about three weeks to create the patio itself. They only this week added a new roof. I have to tell everyone that it is amazing. I can't believe how it looks. Fire place, cooking area, sitting area around the fireplace, eating section where we enjoyed an incredible meal with our kids and their better halves as the sun was setting off to our West; not to mention the wonderful landscaping to finish it off. It is our own little hidden oasis. Thank you to the team and all your hard work. I would especially like to thank Dave, Mark and Steve.
