A few weeks before I got a message that it was cancelled and was instructed to call to reschedule. When I did call I found out it was going to be another 4 months to get in. I understand that doctors are people, and that they have emergencies or things that come up, but I'm frustrated that I now have to go to the "back of the line" again when I'm not the one who cancelled the appt! I didn't reschedule right away because I was so angry about the situation. I was reminded that I *should* have had my appt today, so I decided to bite the bullet and reschedule. I figured that now that it's been a few more weeks they probably would not have appts. until January or February. Imagine my surprise when I tried to look for availability and there is nothing available until April. So if I book an appt now, it will literally be a year from when I initially booked. Yes, that would mean it took a year for me to be seen, assuming they don't cancel on me again! Absolutely unacceptable!

Not a sterile sample contained, but a cup like for the water cooler??? Which I had to write my own name on. While I was trying to take the urine sample they had requested, they told me I had missed my appointment (???????) so I didn't even get the healthcare I came in for. Terrible place, they will waste your time and money if you let them. Also, the lobby WiFi is trash.

They told me when I was already there and undressed that they don't do that one because Dr Fromlak believes it to be an abortion type of birth control. Absolute bullshit.
