Their plumbing work was excellent, the price seemed OK, and we did receive a substantial warranty payment for the old water heater after a couple weeks. Our one minor issue was that the bill did not list the water heater separately from the other parts and labor. Would have much preferred to see a partially-itemized bill instead of just one overall price. But we are quite satisfied with the work they did and, although we did not have an opportunity to compare estimates due to the urgent nature of the job, we believe the final price was fair.
