They told me they only focus on one job at a time. A month later, they came to my house everyday only for a few hours (max 2) a day, which is why they took so long. They charged more than we discussed, adding cost throughout the process. I had to take a day off of work to clear up an error regarding the nook. The final product, while nice, is not what we previously discussed. A lot of things were promised and not delivered, and especially as I was 9 months pregnant, I did not need the headache of the back and forth, the inconsistencies and the extra time.
