When I tried to reschedule again, they demanded that I prepay half of the cost, ignoring the fact that my boyfriend had already left a deposit. Due to the ongoing miscommunication and the rude, unhelpful attitude from the staff, I decided not to proceed with the treatment. After I posted my review, the doctor called me a liar, when in reality the issue has been the staff's poor communication and management. My question is: why are they refusing to refund the deposit to my boyfriend if I never received the service and even paid for a consultation? This seems completely unfair and incorrect.
