The staff at this place handle information inconsistently, which caused all the confusion. My boyfriend left a deposit to reserve a Botox promotion for 2 areas (supposedly valid only on Fridays). I went in person to change the time, and they told me it could be scheduled for any day. On the day of my appointment (Thursday), they charged me for a consultation, even though I had already reserved the exact service I needed. Then they told me that to keep the promotional price, I had to come back on a Friday. When I tried to reschedule again, they demanded that I prepay half of the cost, ignoring the fact that my boyfriend had already left a deposit. Due to the ongoing miscommunication and the rude, unhelpful attitude from the staff, I decided not to proceed with the treatment. After I posted my review, the doctor called me a liar, when in reality the issue has been the staff's poor communication and management. My question is: why are they refusing to refund the deposit to my boyfriend if I never received the service and even paid for a consultation? This seems completely unfair and incorrect. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about my dermatologist. He has been taking care of me for over 20 years. I am a Florida grown girl and loaded with damage on my skin from the sun. I see him about four times a year. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality. He's very thorough and his office is run very well. There's never a long wait and they get you in and out with everything taken care of. he is an expert in his field, everything from cosmetic to injuries and skin cancer. if you sign up for on patient portal, you can message him and send him pictures about your concerns and he will get back to you that same day. He really cares about his patients and he is just an all-around wonderful human being. I recommend him very highly. read more

Saw the Doc over a month ago. Had a great experience until the follow up call. Whomever called me back was not very helpful. She told me one of my biopsies was cancerous and the other was?? I told her I was out consuming adult beverages and could she email me what was on my nose. She said she couldn't because I was not on the portal. Didn't tell me how to get on the portal and never suggested any other option. Here I am over a month later. Don't know what I can do for my nose, and have questions about the procedure on my forehead. Obviously no one follows up with patients. Frustrated! read more

I was having issues due to an allergic reaction that happen along my entire face. I made an appt and saw Daisy Fisher-she's the nurse practitioner. Let's start at the beginning though. When you enter the office, you are greeted by friendly staff who know what they're doing. All of the paperwork is automated and you just need to review and then sign the tablet. No paper, no pen, and since they populate most of the info for you from you insurance and ID cards, it's a huge time saver. There was zero wait time and I was called back into a room by the very amicable and professional, Valentina. She asked all of the pre-visit questions and really took copious notes on the reason for my visit and some historical questions. Once we were done, she quickly conferred with Daisy and then Daisy was in the room within a few minutes. Daisy was fantastic. She really listened to what had been going on, created a diagnosis and strategy and very thoroughly explained what she believed was happening, why it was happening and the steps we were going to take to get it under control. She wrote down the steps I needed yo take and gave me a couple of free samples to get me started. Check out was just as easy. Made the follow up appt for two weeks later, as per Daisy's request and off I went. It's been 4 days and my skin is getting back to it's warm and glowing self and just when I couldn't rave more about RSB Dermatology- I get a sure rise call from Daisy this morning to check on my progress. Shut the front door!! When does that ever happen? Apparently, it happens all the time here. So, long story extra long, I highly recommend and look forward to my next appt. Scheduled appt for first time. First to many calls and emails regarding pre-prep documentation. Arrived for full physical inspection of my skin. I have never met this Doctor or been to this office. I was asked to strip completely naked, which I found weird and out of order, since any other dermatologists I have had in the past always interviewed with me first in their office, and I always only ever stripped down to my underwear, not naked, and asked to wear a piece of paper garment that ripped immediately. I waited 1/2 hour in this room naked and intimidated, in this ripped piece of paper wrapped around my body as best I could. Im only 120 lbs, so it should have been simple. I was thinking I've never met these people and here I am stripped naked in an office waiting to meet a male physician for the very first time, to look at any possible abnormal spots I might have, and thought it was odd. After 1/2 hour passed, I got dressed and left. The woman speaking with the doctor outside the room says, oh we were just going to come in. I said don't bother. I find this whole thing horribly unprofessional and I left. No call from the doctor or staff to ask what happened or ask what could have been done to make it better. I went to Dr Bader after the article presented about him and his staff in Boca magazine. Im new to the area and wanted a physician closer to me in proximity. The website sites immaculate office with all staff wearing masks and that you had to prepare your intake forms on this website prior to the appointment, so insure safe clean environment, which I did not find this office to be in the immaculate sphere it claimed to be on the website. There was no documentation on the website once I logged in. I called, again, and they said just come in and can do it when you arrive. I arrive and they close the window in my face. Literally. Maybe it was a misunderstanding, or this is the way they do business. Either way. I won't be back. read more

Dr. Bader is VERY well trained, (Yale University), warm, AWESOME bedside manner, friendly. He is a very ethical doctor which I appreciate. Great and friendly staff, booking was easy. The doctor could not have cared less about me as I was not interested in getting any work done. He's motivated by money and has terrible bedside manor. Barely listened to my symptoms, left me within two minutes of seeing him. Terrible bedside manor, bad personality, very negative, gave me only one solution for my problem even though there are hundreds of solutions for what I have. The doctor saw me for about 90 seconds, diagnosed me correctly & gave me a cheap good prescription for what I needed that totally helped my problem. read more

My relationship with doctor Bader goes back about 20 years,since He opened the practice in Deerfield Beach.My wife and I visit doctor Bader every 6 months for check ups.When we have a problem or concern he always available for a near appointment. One month ago He discovered a basel cell growth on my nose.After the lab confirmed his diagnosis He scheduled a "Mohs"surgery. Five days later the bandage fell off the wound healed.No stiches! I have been going there for the past three years,. Today I had an appt, and when I went in I was asked to pay $9.15 right away. I asked what it was for and it was from June 2017 and this is March 2018, I have never gotten a bill for this amt. and have always paid the amounts due when I receive a bill. All my later bills have been paid in full. This is 9 months later and I told them I would pay only after I checked my medicare and Empire statements when I went Home. I was told I could not see Dr. Bader unless I paid the $9.15 AND I LEFT. He should reimburse me $50, the fee he charges patients who miss appts. as I sat there for 50 minutes and didn't see him.
