Carlin was the anesthesiologist. She came by and explained everything then met me back in the procedure room, all the while putting me at ease. Erin was my discharge nurse, and she was just as friendly as the others. Dr. Joshua Forman always brings his A game. He met me before the colonoscopy and again afterwards - explaining what he found and giving me instructions and advice. **Be sure to follow the instructions sent to you via email regarding your prep and do not follow what the box says. I called again at 9:09 a.m. and again, same receptionist told me no medical personnel available. Doctor called me back at 9:24 a.m. and told me I should reschedule. I could not stop the diarrhea until that night at 11:00 p.m., so 14 more hours of "emptying." The following day I felt like I had been through a major flu event; weak, slightly dizzy, brain fogged. By that afternoon, no one ever called to see if I was okay.

I've never had a bad encounter with the staff and they've always been super sweet and accommodating. The PAs I've seen have been friendly and nice. I've felt listened to and cared for both times I've been. I like that you can ask staff to be masked. They have hand sanitizer everywhere. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen after checking in. I enjoy having the tablet to check in so that I'm not handling a clipboard. The best part is they take walk-ins and appointments but I've only ever walked in because I didn't expect things to happen. They double check on where to send any meds for me and if I need a referral, they put it in for me. I've been to a lot of urgent cares and left miserable and upset, this has not been one of those places for me.

No attempt to establish any type or patient/physician relationship. I described the only issue I have been having, and he prescribed me an anti-depressant because it would also help with my symptoms, although I'm not experiencing any of the symptoms associated with depression. Understandable that medicine can be used for treatment of other things. Totally irresponsible to prescribe me a new medication that is known to have side effects that can alter your brain chemistry and then tell me to schedule a follow-up in ONE YEAR. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the rest of the staff was fantastic

We've been with Clinical Associates since the mid '90's. I like my primary care physicians and the…read moreother specialists I've seen at the site. However, over the last 6 months, I have experienced MANY office communication problems. This is across the board with specialists and primary care physicians. The providers' staff DO NOT return phone calls or respond to messages. I had to physically walk into the back of my primary doctor's office, (without an appointment, and no one at the front desk) to get a referral for PT after calling four times with the request. The nurse was concerned she hadn't gotten the messages, and I showed her my call log to verify the contacts. This is just one example, we have had three other concerning encounters involving cancelled appointments (on their end), records not being forwarded to specialists outside the site, and an inability to schedule or reschedule appointments as no one returns our calls. Primary doctors and nurse practitioners retire or resign and there are no replacements, the existing doctors are stretched thin. We unfortunately, after 30+ years, will be looking for a location.

About 20 minutes later, I called the office back and was told that their Rosedale office doesn't open until 9, so the earliest appointment I could get was in February.
