Trust me, it is NO easy task to get two adults, three kids under 12, and two dogs (a puppy and a senior) to get together in front of a camera - but Chad had plenty of strategies up his sleeve to pull it off! He took us to multiple different settings and got awesome shots of all seven of us together and apart each time. Not to mention he was responsive and prompt, easy to talk to, and had great energy with the dogs and kids - the kids said that he was their favorite photographer they've ever had! Arthur made it really easy to prepare for the shoot by providing a list of picture references for different actor types you might want to consider for your headshots. He also sent a detailed example video on what clothing options you can pull from your wardrobe to bring a specific look to life! (Tip: watch that video and bring LOTS of clothing options to your shoot!) Arthur is talented, kind, and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole shoot. Arthur's pictures are ALWAYS such great quality and he's an actor as well so he understands the industry and how to properly market your brand. You can tell he puts a lot of care into his craft. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but Arlen explained the process and gave tips on how to relax, such as Yoga breathing methods. Unlike other photographers who focus on posture and posing for photos, Arlen emphasizes movement and flow, which truly creates a natural look. I got the photos back quickly and was very satisfied with the amount of images that were returned for the pricing on Groupon. The shoot was a little over an hour; I provided the clothing I wanted to wear and did only one "look". If you're looking for kitschy, cheesy lingerie shots, go to someone else; Arlen excels at creating artistic compositions and focuses on the subject not the setting. He's great!

For that reason, I've never head a professional head shot taken and recently needed one when photos of our team were requested for a corporate website. Johnny set up an appointment for myself and my colleagues to get head shots taken this past weekend. I wasn't sure what to expect or even what to wear. He made recommendations on the style of clothing, color based on our individual complexions, and pattern on the material. He even suggested we bring multiple blouses to have options for the shoot. The whole shoot (for me) literally look probably not more than 10 minutes. Johnny was great and funny and made me completely relaxed through the process. He sent his favorite photos of mine via email within 1 day for me to choose from. I chose my favorite of four and by the next day, I had a final version which was touched up for my immediate use online. He literally made a process I would normally find uncomfortable and painful -- painless! I highly recommend him and his work! We went all around Austin to our favorite or memorable spots and John had a smile the whole time! He was able to tell us where to stand and what to do to make the pics look good. I always think as these photo shoots can be so awkward, at least for me, but John made it easy and comfortable and we had a lot of laughs. We took the pics Saturday and by Sunday he had already sent us several to choose from for our save the date. The quality of the photos blew us and our family away.
