I was a patient here for five years and while I never had any truly dramatic issues like others who…read morehave posted here, after finally finding a new PCP, I now realize my medical concerns were never taken very seriously by Dr. Roberts. I came to her a few years ago concerned about weight gain (I'd gained 40 lbs in 2 years) and she told me that I looked fine, and should just request not to be weighed at my next appointment if it bothered me that much?? While I did carry the weight "well," at this time, my BMI was much higher than could ever be considered healthy, and I was looking for guidance on how to lose weight as I was having issues with sleep apnea and growing anxiety. It took three years, 20 more lbs and lots of weekly panic attacks for me to find a doctor who took my concerns seriously and helped me to get back on track both mentally and physically. Since switching to a better doctor, it's been impossible for me to get ahold of my medical records. I've called every day for the past 2 weeks only to sit on hold for 20 minutes and eventually be disconnected. The very last time I went to see Dr. Roberts, I was sitting on the couch waiting to be helped when a woman stormed out of the office yelling "THIS IS THE WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO." It was at that very cinematic moment that I realized I needed to do better for myself. I never went back, and I don't recommend anyone else does either!
