They said they fixed it but they forgot an o-ring making my tire go flat again, they when I went back they told me it was a nail which was a lie since I inspected the tire before handing it off. I had to buy a whole new tire and they still didn't fix the leaking issue when I came back for the last time they fixed it for free. And only becuase of the other manager. They couldn't even program the psi sensor correctly so now my car has a light that's constantly on and I can't see the tire pressure on any of tires. They said they would call me to fix it and never did. Horrible experience, dishonest people. If you want good service that will work and honest people who won't lie to you for money, I'd definitely not recommend this place.

John contacted me next day by phone then again by email just in case I missed the call (I did). He was professional and incredibly prompt. He arrive not just on time but a bit early. As a military brat, that is important to me. I was charged $15 extra because the carpet was filthy. I anticipated that because Jeeps do get dirty. Especially when hauling around fur babies. And even with that extra tacked on, it was still $25 less than his competitor (without faculty or student discount). I have also found that some detail shops help themselves to my loose change. He didn't. It was all there! Also, I tend to have salt deposits on my steering wheel and blinker handle and everything was spotless. Another thing I noticed is when we did a walk through of his work if he missed anything, he went right back over it and made it right (there were smudges on the back window). I am extremely satisfied with the service. He was professional, prompt, thorough, and pricing was extremely reasonable.
