After paying $200 for a full interior/exterior detail, I just spent 45 minutes in my drivers seat re-doing what was supposed to have been done by Reggie-O Detail. While the exterior wax looks good, the seats appear to have been shampooed, and the floor mats and trunk look great (the only reason for the 3-stars), they didn't even wipe down my center console, doors, or do anything underneath the seats. My car isn't a junker or anything, they just weren't very detailed with their detailing job. I expect more for $200. read more

Just got a detail on my car for $160. It was great. They got all the dog hair out, they got the stains out of my seats, and they got all the dead bug juice of the front end. Super good deal, and good job! 100% recommend. (I don't know if it's standard but they put my floor mats in the trunk so the carpet could dry, and I drove back because I didn't know.) read more

Don't let a downtown location or lack of snazzy storefront sway your first impression...Reggy-O's is a GREAT place to get your car detailed! My husband had used them previously, and when a Living Social offer surfaced for them I couldn't pass it up. Bought TWO, in fact! Reggy's prices are very fair, and though the location is little more than an open lot with a small "office" building...well, what more do you need for an auto detailing outfit? Reggy operates year-round with several workers. I pass his place of business to/from work each day, and they are consistently busy. Just a bunch of hard-working guys happily making a living taking care of YOUR car! I dropped my car off at 7:30 am (best to call day prior & make sure schedule is open), and Reggy, himself, greeted me and took my phone number for a call-back when ready. He estimated the full detail would be complete around 1pm...you'll really want to allow 4-5 hours even for a smaller car to ensure mats are nicely dried, etc. They were quite packed on that day, so when I dropped by at 1pm (didn't wait for the call-back), I was asked if I could allow a few more minutes to finish up. Fine by me, and I could tell the man working on my vehicle was doing a very thorough job on the grill area at the time. My car is only 3-1/2 years old with 90,000 highway miles, and it had never been detailed before...the result was a DREAM! Leather upholstery was so silky-slippery I felt like wiggling around on the drive home just for the joy of sliding! My mats were pristine...no more doggie pawprints on the backseat...no more cola or coffee drips...every mirror and window was sparkling and spotless...even the trunk looked like it had never held a grocery sack or bag of mulch or muddy shoes. The exterior was so clean I could actually see myself in the door panel! All just perfect, PERFECT! And, even the "hidden" parts like door jambs, under the cupholder insert, etc...all like new. Next-to-best part was "Little Charles" who so proudly showed me his work and sincerely inquired as to my satisfaction. I told him I still had another offer to redeem on my husband's car, plus I'd definitely be back myself...Little Charles suggested I ask for him in the future and he'd personally make sure I have more great results. You can bet I tipped him quite heavily...please be generous to reward these hard-working guys who pamper your vehicle for hours! The BEST part?... Little Charles had changed my radio station, which might be an irritant to some. BUT... it was playing "That's What Makes You Beautiful" when I drove away! No matter how nice the owner is, it doesn't change the fact that my car was ruined after having the interior cleaned. It's been over a month and my car still smells horrible and this is after I paid an extra $120 for Stanley Steamers to try and salvage it. The guy that cleaned my car used a dirty rag, full of filthy stale water by the smell of it. This smell is only something you would experience if you've dealt with public trash cans that have water left to sour in the bottom of them. The guy kept telling me to leave my windows open to let it dry out because other customers had complained about the smell as well. (So I'm not the only one!) Well I left the windows open in this Texas sun for 3 days and it just got worse. Not only was the fabric ruined with this filthy smell, but he left oil all over everything. My dashboard in my Mazda is made of hard plastic and will never absorb this grease. It was even pooled into the air vents where I could sponge it out. I'm telling you I've detailed my car better in just 2 hours and they had my car for over 8 hours. He didn't vacuum into the cracks of the cushions and I'm adding pictures to show all the old crumbs and nasty stuff there. My car is actually kept up really well. I brought it here hoping it would come out sparkling like new, but now we are embarrassed to drive friends in the car because nothing in the world will mask the smell. Biggest regret EVER! Reggie offered for me to bring my car back and have it redone but again it would've taken being with out my car all day long and I can't do that. I waited until almost 8pm to pick my car up the first time, and I dropped it off just before noon. read more

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! I found this place on yelp and thought it might be a good place to get a basic wash. I get my gar waxed about every month. I do basic washes in between every week. This place however charges $60.00 for basic (wash, vac, and tire shine) for my GMC Acadia. This IS NOT Ideal for a basic wash on a Weekly basis and No Rain Check. I'm originally from Houston from the River Oaks area they charge me $25.00 for a basic wash. If Reggie-O Detail wants to appeal to a larger demographic of college students with nice cars on a budget they should reconsider their pricing soon. Until then I will NOT be returning. read more

In looking for an alternative to the "other" Waco car wash, I found Reggy. He's straight up honest, and dependable. I have given him 2 cars to do and have 2 more that need full detail jobs. So far, I am thoroughly impressed. Even my wife said that his job is superior to what we have become painstakingly accustomed to over on Valley Mills. My hat is off to Reggy . He employees men who have had their lives broken by bad choices and offers them a stable job cleaning cars. Way to go Reggy ! I was incredibly impressed by this little shop. The staff was super professional and cared greatly about making sure my car was perfect. The wash, wax, and shampoo was expertly done, they got a raspberry smoothie stain out of my light grey upholstery! The poor guy was out in the 28 degree weather washing my car! These guys did a spectacular job. I dropped my very pregnant wife's car off in the late morning. by 4:30 in the afternoon, they called and the car was done. What they did was nothing short of a miracle. We had a 90 pound black lab who left at least 75 pounds of black fur in the carpet, upholstery, and hatchback. I never thought they would get it clean. It looks like a brand new car and was probably the best money I've spent in a long time. Really good service. Hand Wash and hand wax 50$. Same service at magic genie is 110$! My new spot to wax my black car. Recommended 100%. The only drawback is that they don't have a waiting area so you have to leave your car and return later. read more

I have a Black Honda, which is always very hard to wax because of the color. I was very impressed with the professionalism they demonstrated. a beautiful job on my car inside and out. they are in a downtown location, which is very misleading, the quality of their work is excellent. They did a great job. I drove my Subaru Outback for a year (I am filthy), and it sat under a carport for two years collecting dust. When Reggy-O's was done with my full detail, the car looked better than when I picked it up from the Dallas Honda dealer I purchased it from. Washed, waxed, scrubbed the wheels, shined up the engine, cleaned the interior, shampooed the carpets, polished the wood and plastic, brightened up the leather, and made my wife feel happy to start using it as her daily driver.
