When I finally after 45 minutes reached a human, I was connected to the Dr.Niworth. I had to talk to him because I had a negative reaction to a medicine. In order to make an appointment, he forwarded my phone call to the front desk. When I asked why they had not been answering their phones I was told the phone never rang here. When I get to talk to people, everything works like a charm but the phone system is horrendous. It's like something out of the middle ages. I hope they read this and can fix it.

Before WHI, a visit was just the $30 co-pay. Now, after the co-pay you get another bill from WHI for an additional $30+. Before WHI, the lab work was done at Quest, no additional charges. Now, they changed to LabCorp and you get another bill from LabCorp for $30+. In summary, a visit to Price Medical before WHI was $30 TOTAL (including lab work at Quest). Now is slightly over $100. All the while the healthcare providers seem more rushed... don't know if that has to do with having to meet a quota.

It's been ~6 hours since the visit, no call, no results. Logged into their site - no after visit summary, no treatment recommendation. The clinic has no pager, no voicemail to get a follow up from the doctor or staff after hours and only a typical message to call 911 in emergecy. Result: no diagnosis, no prescription, no visit summary, like she hasn't been there.
