Excellent care, clean. The NP was great. Listened closely and ordered appropriate tests. Also gave referral since I am new in town.

I had an appointment with Dr. John Ferrell on September 12, 2024, at the ROSM Washington, DC office…read morebut left before seeing him because I was not seen in a timely manner and left after an inappropriate time to wait. This is the second time I have experienced this problem with ROSM including previously in July with another doctor in the practice. Both times I was taken to an examining room in a timely manner and was left to wait in the room. After over 30 minutes, I left the room and spoke to one of the staff to ask if there was a problem. Both times I was told that the doctor was with another patient and would be in to see me in a while. My first complaint, therefore, is that it is not the patient's responsibility to determine why there is a delay. The doctor should instruct his/her staff to let the patient know that there is a delay and what are the patient's alternatives. Both times the staff person apologized for which I appreciate their apologies. An apology by a staff person, however, does not indicate that there will be any change in how waiting patients are informed of delays. On September 12, 2024, the staff person told me that the doctor was in a room with no clock, which is not an excuse but demonstrates poor planning by the doctor. Therefore, my second complaint is that the ROSM Washington, DC office is poorly managed and fails to properly plan appointment times for patients. I will not be returning to this practice for any reason.

After hearing about Dr. Craddick from these two people, I had pretty high expectations before my first appointment. I'm happy to say that Dr. Craddock exceeded those high expectations. The initial paperwork about my medical history and current complaint were thorough without being too long. Dr. Craddock really took the time to listen and understand what I was experiencing. He really saw me as a whole person and he treated me accordingly. His gentle touch was very effective. His office was immaculate and I felt very comfortable all the way through the two appointments I've had with him so far. I will be glad to go back to him for care in the future and I will definitely recommend him to others.

He used to be a fireman, and has the sweet 'stache to prove it. The only con I have is that he doesn't take my insurance. But if you take into consideration that I'm willing to see him regardless, it's quite a testament to his abilities as a doctor. I went to him because of nagging hip pain, possibly from hip bursitis. After one treatment the pain was completely gone. He wanted a follow up appointment one week after that, and then one month after that. The fact that he suggests seeing me after longer and longer time periods makes me believe he is not one to try to take your money but honestly has your best interest at heart. In my book, that's worth five stars.

I have been able to avoid surgery for 5 years by following the PT protocols he has designed. I think he is one of the best physicians I have ever worked with. I travel 45 minutes each way to see him. Well gosh, I can't believe no one's written a review for Dr. Rosen here, so I'll do it. I've been…read moreto Dr. Rosen twice, once for back pain and once for knee pain. He is great. He does a thorough examination of your body, checking how well different muscle and muscle groups are working, then gives you targeted exercises to develop the weaker muscles and groups. It's not the gentlest of experiences: if he feels a muscle needs releasing, he'll get in there and torture you for a few seconds. It ain't no New Age spa and you're not going to get some faux-Asian wind-chime music while it happens, but it's all for the good (one hopes). Dr. Rosen is highly knowledgeable and has a common-sense approach to fixing body mechanics that necessitates no more than a visit or two if you do your exercises. You pay out-of-pocket, but I'd rather do that than go to any number of physical therapists who don't have a medical degree. After you've suffered the pain and been to all the others, you'll be ready to pay Dr. Rosen's reasonable fees and get your body back to optional functioning.
