I was nickeled and dimed for every last encounter, and aggressively spoken to when I questioned any sort of explanation of benefits or a line item description of charges. Not with Dr Gardner's office! I can't sing loud enough from the rooftops how pleased we are with our referral to see him from our family dentist. Do yourself a favor: ignore huge marketing campaigns and sales gimmicks from the other guys, go to Dr Gardner instead!

She helped me out of a very prolonged and painful scenario. I found that she is kind, nurturing, sincere and truly does care about her patients and takes pride in her work. It was kind of strange to see a bunch of chairs and people being operated on out in the open in the common area especially without curtains in between lol. They also have private rooms, but I'm not sure if they reserve those for other serious work. The biggest negative thing that I would say is prepare to wait a while. I declined, but they continued to insist that I needed it. Eventually, they performed the basic cleaning, which was extremely painful--by far the most painful dental cleaning I have ever experienced. After my appointment, I received a $120 bill for additional X-rays that I was told the dentist required. However, no one mentioned these additional X-rays or that I would be charged for them during my visit. I contacted the office to question the charge, and they ultimately waived the $120 bill. The entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable and pressured, and I did not feel that the costs and procedures were communicated clearly. I will not be returning.
