At first the therapy seemed to have progressed, and I was elated that I'd found the right type of counseling. It seemed to push me to really face issues head-on. After delving a bit deeper and trusting one of the hypnotists(a mistake), I experienced an oddly judgemental wall. It was borderline manipulative and at best a little creepy. To be clear here...the therapy itself is not the problem. It's the rigid and unforgiving nature of this particular hypnotist. Left feeling sui***** for the first time in a while. I also struggle with mental health - I've been quicker to anger than most, and even then, I am still given the utmost respect and patience, more so than I've deserved. This office truly cares about their patients and they want to make things work for you as much as you want them to work for yourself.
