Andrew has mowed my lawn and done plowing for me for years. never have I had a problem and I appreciate his attention to details.

My car was stuck, driveway snowed in, and it was so cold my ears almost froze off. I called about 20 different companies and contractors with most not answering or not accepting new customers, but as soon as I called Andrew's the phone was picked up and the man was here in less than 15 minutes. He helped me get my car out by pushing it and cleared the driveway with ease and only charged me $40. Hi. I've been using Andrew's Property Service almost since he started his business. At first, lawn mowing and then snow plowing and little bits and pieces as he's added services. All I can say is that dealing with him is solid - he takes care, does what he says he's going to do, doesn't take advantage, keeps his costs in line. Perhaps the most lovely thing, I asked last week if he had anybody who could come dig out my car since I'd been in the hospital a week and we'd had so much snow...the driveway was clear but around the parked car it piled up with ice, snow, ice and I couldn't do it myself this time. Andy showed up and did it himself. This guy is really busy. And he pitched in to help when I asked. I'm looking forward asking him to coat the driveway this summer now that he's doing that too. I've used Andrew for years for landscaping services and was always happy with his work. I called him in a time of need for snow removal, despite being busy with his plowing contracts during a snow storm he was willing to come and help me out. DANGEROUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL - 0 Stars Hired Andrew to plow our driveway and he caused thousand of dollars of damage to our porch. He said that's not how they do business and acted like he was going to repair it as soon as the snow melted. He stopped answering phone calls after that, and we had to take him to small claims court to recoup damages. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANDREW. read more

I had hired Andrew's Property Service to install gutters on my house. The gutters were installed incorrectly protruding beyond the length of the house creating an eye score. The gutter above the front door leaked onto to the stairs creating a safety hazard. Andrew agreed that the gutters did not look correct and promised he would fix them. I waited about 3 weeks and contacted Andrew again. He never responded to my message nor has he made any attempt to correct the deficiencies. read more

Andrew and his staff did a wonderful job on cleaning up and mulching out landscaping. We have a lot and it took them two days. They worked in over 90 degree heat and hand edged everything. They are very professional and did it all with great pricing. Highly recommend them. read more

I have been using Andrew's Property Service for Snow Removal for 3 or 4 years now and just this past summer starting using their lawn care service. They are very professional, prompt and the work is always done well. They always plow early so even in the worst snow when I leave for work in the morning the apron is always clear. We have hired this company for several years to plow our driveway. For the most part they have done an adequate job. The contract they have you sign states (line item 1.9) that they will come at seasons end and repair any damage done by their plows to the lawn. Granted we are in a pandemic at the moment, but when the Governor opened businesses, we contacted them about the damage to the lawn.....3 times now. Each time we contacted them (text.....calling their number sends you to voicemail which is full so you can't leave a message) they told us they would be here on a certain day. Those days came and went and the lawn is still damaged. Damaged bad enough that when it rains, I have a small lake in my front yard. One of the text I did get back said "sorry for the delay in replying, it's been busy around here and we are shorthanded"! If you are busy AND it's shorthanded, call some people back to work or hire some people!! Piss poor excuse in my opinion. The last text I sent has gone unanswered and my lawn is still not fixed! We have been waiting for over a month now for them to complete a 15minute job with some dirt/seed and some hay! read more
