I could post pictures of my driveway and sidewalks that would make you puke, They did a horrible job, roller marks where water collects, Cracks puddles. Company would not correct. I say if you need your driveway or anything else done do it yourself. This company is the worst on the planet. $1900.00 to totaly ruin my driveway. Read the fine print, all they do is cover themselves. I do not and will not ever recommend the place for or too anyone. Had an estimate in April for a sidewalk install. Brian, the salesman came out and was nice, stated job would start as soon as the ground dried, most likely within 2 weeks. Gave him the required $1300 deposit, which they promptly cashed. I heard nothing after 3 weeks and called and they said they were backed up. Beginning of July still, nothing, Called and was informed that they would start July 8. On July 8 no one showed. Called and they said someone would get back to me by that Friday. By July 19 no one had still returned my call and every time I called the office they said they would need to call me back. Four months..still no contact, no return calls, no scheduled time. Poor customer service, even poorer communication. I'm getting my money back and contacting another company. Steer clear of these scammers. read more

I hardly ever write any review, but my experience with this company just so horrible that I don't want any one else make the same mistake as I did of hiring this company to do a job. At first, the sales guy was good. Telling me they have over 20 years of experience in paving and sealing and that they will ensure my new driveway will look amazing when is done. The guy said they even offer 1 year warranty for their work if any quality issue happens. So I decided to hired them. Few weeks after they completed my new driveway, I have noticed a lot of settling spots. Google online and found out main cause of new driveway settling is due to foundation was not build correctly. It was the beginning of winter. I gave them the curtesy of waiting after winter to give them a call. 5 months later and contacted them regarding of my driveway settling issues. They sent a guy out to take a look and took some pictures. He said he apologize for this and he will talk with his manager and get back to me soon to fix this problem. Three weeks later, no word from them. Call them again, the lady that answered the call said the guy they sent out is no longer work for them and he never share his investigation report with them. They will need to send another person out to access the problem again. Another 3 weeks gone by, no contact from them. Call them 5 times after that and nothing but excuses of why they haven't come out yet. Two month since my initial contact, their co-owner of the company Tom finally came out. Long story short, he pretty much said my new driveway settling issues is not a quality issue and is normal. Therefore, they can't honor their 1 year warranty for this. I think a 2 year old can tell a completely new driveway should not have this problem after few weeks of installing. Now, I have to hire another company to redo their work. Not only wasted few thousand of dollars. Also the stress their give you. This company is very unprofessional after taking your money. I highly recommend staying away from these guys. read more

I had my driveway sealed by this company @ 1.5 years ago and a lot of it has pealed up already. I called them to see if they will at least redo it at a discount price. They told me over the phone that the sealant doesn't peal and can redo it at full price ! I told them that It is obvious that the surface wasn't prepared correctly. They said they will send someone out when they have time which is apparently never because that never happened. I would never use them again ! read more

I've never written a review about anything and frankly signed up for an account just to write about this company. Initial estimator came out and wrote up the estimate and promised several items within the estimate. A few weeks went by after agreeing to the contract. During the first day of the crew being on site I returned home to find they were excavating and laying stone across the property line and into the neighboring property. They did not install fabric prior to the installation of stone as indicated in the contract and used far less stone than what was indicated in the terms of their quote. Grading elements were not attended to as described by the initial estimator and even after pointing this out to the crew and discussion with the office, we still had to grade out by hand what they didn't do. Furthermore, they did not saw cut evenly at the sidewalk or in another area so the actual pavement is jagged in these areas. On top of all that, they graded it toward the garage vs away so rain water goes right to the garage door. Issues were pointed out and after three weeks of calling someone finally showed up to look at it and said they couldn't do anything. Don't be fooled by the good pricing they provide because you will be paying someone else to fix their shoddy workmanship read more

Had estimate for driveway repair and seal. All that was done was a seal job. Still have large cracks and potholes. I am not happy as the estimate was for repair as well. All I got from CNY sealing as a response is "well sorry" the driveway cannot be repaired. They should have been upfront about this as if all I needed was sealer I could have done it myself for a third of the price I was quoted. read more
