So EVERY TIME I go there, the workers treat me like a little piece of dirt - by gabbing my items out of my shopping cart and escorting me to my car, and eyeballing me like a hawk with a dirty look on their faces.

I think it's quite possible that they're hiring a telemarketing company somewhere in India that in turn recruits their talent from regional insane asylums to manage customer support calls just for Harbor Freight.
