Did he let something as trivial as downed trees and a lack of power keep him from coming out to my house the day after the hurricane to do the survey for me? Heck no, he was here with bells on. And guess what, he got the as-built done the very next day because he knew I was in a hurry to get the building permit. He even set up shop in a Dunkin Donuts when he didn't have power so he could access the registry of deeds and look up information on my lot. To me, that was going above and beyond what I could have expected. He's friendly, easy to work with, fast, and he's easy to get ahold of -- he actually returns emails and phone calls. In fact, he usually even answers the phone so you don't HAVE to leave a voicemail! The town accepted his as-built without any problems and so far working with Bruce has been the only easy part of this process. Definitely give him a call if you need anything surveyed. I noticed that I didn't mention anything about his pricing -- you would think I had to pay more for such speedy service, but honestly, he was better priced than any of the other surveyors I contacted, and I contacted a lot of them!

Charges have appeared without proper explanation, and requests for supporting documentation or invoices have not been adequately addressed. This raises serious concerns about how they conduct business. Overall, the experience has felt unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. I expected a much higher level of accountability and responsiveness from a property management company. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

And when they do reply, they are less than helpful. They refuse to provide me with financial documents, I've asked multiple times and had to file a complaint with the BBB to get their attention. The fact that they won't let me see how they are spending our money only makes me more suspicious of unauthorized activities. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
