Coor's protection of and advocacy on behalf of her clients in dealing with difficult people is second to none. I plan to send her in to the dealership as my "negotiator" next time I need to buy a car- that good. Coor also scheduled an appointment WITH my wife to get to know who she is, what she likes, her dietary preferences and needs, dress size, clothing and jewelry sizes, fashion, restaurant, hotel preferences, preferred local boutiques, you name it- just so that she can help me behind the scenes in restoring myself as the romantic man-of-the-world she fell in love with and married! This is the email I got from Donna Smith ( mind you no follow up on her end to get my side of the story) Dear Jesus and Perla, You called our office to reschedule the appointment you did not show up for yesterday. Our receptionist, Amy, informed me that she had to put you on hold two times as other calls were coming into the office, as is our standard operating procedure. Amy further informed me that Perla was very unhappy that she was put on hold and told Amy that she should be fired, was incapable of doing her job, and that Perla would leave a bad Yelp review due to her interaction with Amy. We do not tolerate our staff being treated in this manner, especially her being told that they should be fired and was incapable of doing her job by following our office procedures. While it sounds like you may have had a bad day which is what led to you missing your scheduled appointment, your misfortune should not be taken out on our office staff. If this was a one-time outburst due to the stress of the day, then perhaps we can move beyond it. If this is how you deal with situations you are displeased with, then I invite you to find another office to work with for your bankruptcy. A Chapter 13 bankruptcy is a 3-5 year relationship and if either side is disgruntled this early in the relationship, then maybe we are not a good match. Our goal is to have a successful case; part of having a successful case is both parties treating each other with respect. The respect was not apparent today. Their office had reached out previously to verify the mailing address, and I offered to forward that email because we didn't receive the W-2s until well into February. I then received a call back from an employee who described my email as "very cute." When I asked what was cute about it, she responded in a condescending tone, saying, "Had you looked for yourself, you would have seen you could print them yourself from the portal." Today, I received another call from the same employee. As I answered, she was speaking in the background to someone else about our account. During the call, she repeatedly cut me off, would not let me speak, and was rude, condescending, argumentative, and extremely unprofessional. She even stated she would remove me from the account, despite having no authority to do so. Based on this treatment, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.
