Truly concierge service. Literally, working with Coor Cohen and associates is having a "life concierge" for anything and everything you could need. Anytime. Expectations ALWAYS exceeded with respect to timeliness of response, quality of work delivered, exquisite attention to detail, discretion, and most importantly the professionalism and just plain friendliness that my service requests are met with. As an Emergency Physician, my schedule is infinitely random (difficult to schedule around in an "every other Tuesday" or "every Saturday morning" kind of way) and during my workday/night/early hours of the morning the work is a labor of love but also all-consuming and often leaves me completely spent when I get home. Point being, short on time and energy when not at work, and I wanted to spend that time and energy with my wife and enjoying life, not navigating tele prompt menus over the telephone to arrange appointments and services or completing forms and filing paperwork. Coor's protection of and advocacy on behalf of her clients in dealing with difficult people is second to none. I plan to send her in to the dealership as my "negotiator" next time I need to buy a car- that good. Coor also scheduled an appointment WITH my wife to get to know who she is, what she likes, her dietary preferences and needs, dress size, clothing and jewelry sizes, fashion, restaurant, hotel preferences, preferred local boutiques, you name it- just so that she can help me behind the scenes in restoring myself as the romantic man-of-the-world she fell in love with and married! Badass PA of Portland is EXQUISITELY sensitive of privacy and protecting your identity, financial information, personal information, and will NEVER require any information from you that you are not comfortable sharing. That said, over time after earning my COMPLETE trust, I have entrusted them with pretty much all of the personal information I would not entrust to anyone other than my family, my bank, my realtor, my insurance company etc. and couldn't feel more resolutely confident in them. We hired BAPA of Portland to help sort through and pack up our 2br apartment, on short notice. They were efficient and thoughtful (cataloging the boxes they packed), making suggestions when needed (most of which I followed!), and listening and checking in with our preferences and expectations. Coor and Nic cared a lot about doing a job they could be proud of *and* one that would meet our expectations. Coor not only oversaw and handled details beautifully, but also masterminded the project and made sure that the big picture went smoothly. I faced a very difficult and potentially dangerous situation with an adult child who lived in a city very distant from my residence. The situation required a constant presence and I was just not in a position to do it myself. The situation was quite complicated at the beginning, and became even more complicated as numerous twists and turns played out. It dragged on for months. Coor and her team were always very professional. They are innovative problem solvers and were able to expedite both simple and very complicated tasks. I was able to feel confident that every moment in time we were doing the best that we could do in the circumstances. We were continually having to reevaluate plans, make new plans, and re-order what the important tasks were. They handled everything from sourcing a property and relocating our child (I just had to sign the lease digitally), furnishing the property, ordering new technology and setting it up, assisting in filings with local government, applications for health insurance, and handling hospitality when needed. They have always been happy to be our liaison and concierge as needed. Where do I begin!!?....I am currently working with BAPA of Portland with regards to my move from Florida to Oregon. Anyone who has moved knows how stressful this can be, now add across country, two children and doing everything remotely. I found BAPA through a friend and called to see if they could help me secure housing. After only 10 minutes on the phone with Coor Cohen, I felt my shoulders relaxing and was positive that we were a great fit. Since that first day Coor not only went to bat for me , she preformed miracles securing the PERFECT house for my family, not only that it was the second one we even considered !! Before I knew it, everything happened quickly and efficiently, she even had to deal with me out of the country and challenging financial logistics. The process was easy and seamless.
