We bought a house that had been treated for termites right before we purchased. Just over a year…read morelater we had termites back in the garage. After contacting the company, they informed us that our warranty had expir d, but since we were unaware of warranty details, they decided to honor the warranty. At that point I figured "wow, what a stand up company". This feeling was short lived. Upon inspecting the house, they informed us that our warranty had expired and we would need to pay full price for treatment ($1,400). I argued my point that we were told that the warranty would be honored to which I was treated with the response of "we don't remember this". I asked to speak with the owner and was told the owner was not available. After countless phone calls and "discussions" over the next week, I was finally able to speak to the owner. Oddly enough, the owner informed me that she had listened in and been present for all of our phone calls. I'm still confused as to how on earth this is possible if the owner was not available when I had asked to speak with her. In the end, they honored that warranty. This was not until after a weeks worth of false information and dispicable customer service. Evidently though, I was able to save roughly $1300 and still receive the termite treatment. This was almost a year ago, and until a few days ago...I was satisfied with the results of our interactions. No, less than a full year later the termites are back in my garage! Again, I'm at a loss with this company as the technicians blamed the initial reentry on previous techs, yet I had the same results with those playing the blame game. I was led to believe that treatment should protect our property for 5-10 years yet it hardly protected us for 10 months. In the end, I have cut my losses. Due to poor customer service, and poor services provided along with the less than hassle free experience, Inwpuld not reccomend this company to anyone anywhere for any services that you want preformed correctly and professionally. I will give thentechs 2 things though...they were more than personable and also seemed to Share the same feelings about their companies management as I did.

I contracted for termite bait stations after having termite swarms at my front door. The…read moresalesperson stated that we should not use any liquid termicide with the bate stations since it would void their effectiveness. I also had ants and agreed to have quarterly outside spraying for them. I just found out that they did not spray for ants but applied a toxic termicide in the mulch around the perimeter of my home thus destroying the effectiveness of my bait stations. The chemical used was to be used when trenching a home for termite control, not to spray around mulch where wildlife can be poisoned. I am so disappointed because basically any colony that may have invaded my home may not be eliminated by this horrible mistake. * Chemical competition: Sprays create a chemical barrier in the soil that kills termites on contact. If baiting stations are placed in or near this treated zone, termites may avoid the bait because they are already exposed to the spray and may be repelled or killed before reaching it NC State Extension Publications. * Altered foraging behavior: Termites exposed to sprays may change their foraging routes to avoid treated soil, reducing the likelihood they will visit bait stations NC State Extension Publications. * Reduced bait uptake: If termites are already poisoned by the spray, they may not carry the bait back to the colony, slowing or preventing colony elimination pestwhisperer.com. * Environmental contamination: Sprays can leach into water sources or nearby soil, potentially affecting bait materials or contaminating the environment

We were invaded with Bed Bugs that were centered in two rooms in the house. After paying $1,700…read morefor the inspection and treatment, we left the house as instructed. The exterminator was friendly and seemed to be thorough, although he was alone in a four bedroom house and had to complete the inspection and treatment by himself. After two hours we returned and had to put the house back together, since the preparation for the extermination took lots of work and a few days to complete. After a week or so, we noticed some dead bugs (to be expected) but the following week brought a few more living bugs and one bug with a full belly of blood (Ugh). We contacted Home Paramount and asked for a follow up visit which was scheduled, but they never showed. Called again, scheduled another follow up, again a now show. Found two more bugs today, called and scheduled a visit for two days from now. We are very disappointed in the follow up and hope the third time is a charm.
