The pest guy no called, no showed on my appointment after calling me after he was an hour late to tell me not to worry, he is on his way. When i finally called the office (no one called me to rectify the situation) they told me they could send someone out today between 930-5pm. The office closes at 5pm, so if dude no shows again there is no one to call. After I requested to speak to a manager I was cold transfered to voicemail with no name and no recording feature. If you have mice, rats, or bugs - that's pest control. If you have squirrels, raccoons, or snakes - that's wildlife removal. Unknown animal gnawing in your attic? Go for wildlife removal since they can handle larger animals as well as mice. My issue ended up being mice, but it was nice to have a trapper ready for whatever was up there rather than needed to call someone else in.
