The staff was extremely friendly and caring and able to understand what my needs were. I am new to this practice, and they came highly recommended. I saw Dr. Andrzej Torbus, he is very through, kind, and genuinely interested in what my concerns were. I saw him two tImes, the first was to get familiar with the practice, and get recommendations and referrals to other specialist in my plan. The second visit was for medical clearance, I am having knee surgery. Both times Dr. Torbus walked in happy and smiling, and I never felt rushed. He put me at ease, and answered all of my questions. He was able to recommend routine yearly exams that I needed to have since I was a little behind. This practice is part of Atlantic Health System. Most of my information was already in their system. Dr. Torbus could see some of my previous records and dates. All I had to do was update my insurance information. The process was very easy. I love that they have an online system called "My Chart." You sign in and can access all of your medical records, tests, appointments,that are part of Atlantic Health,and even send an email directly to the doctor and his staff. Any other doctor associated with Atlantic Health System that I've seen will also be in "My Chart." This practice is located alittle down from the center of town in Warren. . There is also free parking in their lot. There are rows and rows of medical buildings up and down Mountain Ave. RT 22 and 78 are both accessible from this office. I definitely recommend this practice.

He said "I can't hear you". She just said, ok fine., she said she thought I would answer for him. How would I know if he's had any of the illnesses or symptoms your asking about. He's 87, just about as sharp as and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. You weren't busy and no one else was in the office. Slow down, take a moment, you work in an office designed to care for people.

It's funny how she says she's been there five years and all the complaints reference this place going downhill about five years ago! The practice itself is small, but everyone is welcome and everyone feels like family. You do have to call ahead because Dr. John and all of the doctors here get very busy. When you get to the office, you should expect to wait 15-30 minutes because Dr. John likes to take his time and talk to his patients to make sure they have all the care they need. When you leave the office you will be sure that you were given a full evaluation and that you were well taken care of. I highly recommend this doctor office to anyone. These medicines have long term issues impacting kidney and liver functions. A friend recommended Gopal Patel at COPT in Somerset and I started my PT under his guidance in mid September 2023. I am very happy to state that I have been cured over 95% and pain intensity is a thing of the past. Gopal is an excellent therapist who never looks at the clock and works tirelessly to treat the symptoms and ensure the patient gets relief from the first therapy itself.
