You're driving down the street and you have a short simple question about your deductible. You use your savvy blue tooth to safely dial your insurance company but you have to press 2 to get to auto. Then you have to enter your policy number before they can route your call so your reaching into your glove box when BAM! You just collided with an ambulance carrying 37 trauma victims to the hospital and your quick question becomes a liability claim.... scared? I know i am.
