Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. My project Tim Gillette always kept in contact with me before/after and during the roofing steps. Oscar did great detail work around my flashing. He did point out how humidity inside a home plays a big role in the winter and recommended that I adjust it down due to the single digit temperatures lately.
