Worse, they offer a lifetime clog free warranty but deny warranty claims on the ground that the clogging is due to normal wear and tear and needs normal maintenance not covered by the lifetime warranty. In other words, there is never a clogged gutter that would be covered as you would be told to clean the gutters yourself of the clogging, the very issue that is supposed to be avoided by the Leafaway system. Don't waste your money on them or their products.

There were many conversations that made it clear by the end of the project we wanted a fully completed barn. The steel for the roof finally arrived and they ordered the wrong color. Instead of making them send it back, we agreed to use that for siding. They never told us the trim around overhead doors, soffit and fascia should have been completed prior to siding. A quote for overhead door trim, soffit and fascia was not discussed or received at that time, we were never informed of the proper sequence. As homeowners and not contractors, we did not know the proper sequence and should have been told BEFORE the siding went up. We did not know until a family member stopped out and said something. The crew didn't speak English or pretended not to speak English when we tried to ask questions. My husband then immediately contacted the owner directly and asked him to come out and look at it and talk. I witnessed my husband telling Aaron face to face he was unhappy with how the work was done and he is denying any knowledge of there being issues. I later sent an official complaint in writing (which included a request for them to work with us on a resolution) via certified mail with confirmed delivery and they didn't bother to respond. The incorrect sequence of how the work was completed led to an extra thousands of dollars to get it completed by someone else. The owner Aaron is a crooked liar and will deny entire conversations with you. He was told there were issues on the phone, in person, and in writing. He gave his word to make it right but never followed through. Don't do business with this company- they only want your money and don't care about doing right by their customers. It's been over a year, we have paid in full, and they have been unwilling to do anything to make it right. They respond with "this is the first time any issues were brought to our attention," which is a lie and we have proof. They never had any intention of making it right.

The estimator didn't return messages over the course of six weeks, including when to expect the work to begin/how much notice I'd get (I found out when they showed up on the street that I had 4 days notice). If I had been on vacation, would I have come home to a driveway I didn't approve the layout for? He showed up when I wasn't home and spray-painted the driveway layout, which was incorrect. It didn't include the parking pad included in my estimate. I had to flag him down to redraw it. (The only times I spoke to that guy was when he showed up unannounced - all 3 times: the estimate (which he didn't return my call about; I had to flag him down while he was doing a neighbor's estimate), the construction sign posting, and the spray-painting of my driveway. Then when they cut the driveway, they didn't follow the outline and cut it perpendicular when it was supposed to curve out to the road. So I had to flag someone down to recut it. Then when they finished it was left ungroomed with trenches of dirt and chunks of asphalt in the yard, and I'm picking up crushed pop cans they left behind, and I'm touching up scraped paint from my retaining wall. Also, shouldn't there be some sort of discount for having the equipment on the road already if you're getting your driveway done when they're doing the street at the same time? Several of my neighbors and I got second estimates, and WW actually came in lower for a couple, so how could there be a discount? I wish I'd gone with the slightly more expensive estimate from the competitor because maybe they actually communicate with their clients. This was ridiculous. If you like to get ghosted and left with a mess, go with these guys.
