Frank goes above and beyond with customer service. He performed a complimentary safety check on every fixture he worked on. He recently came in at 7:00 am to repair a group of fixtures on a holiday weekend and this was without asking for special service. They even cleaned and waxed the fixtures as a special consideration. Their level of workmanship, commitment to customer satisfaction, in addition to selection and price makes shopping at Restoration and CT Lighting Centers an unbeatable experience!

What caught my eye first was the beautiful assortment of colorful summer dresses. These dresses as well as the layout and the design of the store are very reminiscent of Lilly Pulitzer. I have also had several pieces repaired - including a Robert Lee Morris belt buckle - all of which are now in even better condition than they had been originally. Other reviewers have mentioned that the prices are either high or unfair and I strongly disagree. Clearly they do not understand the value or quality of this type of merchandise. Karen carefully selects, repairs and restores costume jewelry from many well-known jewelers as well as anonymous original pieces - the likes of which are often cheaply replicated and may be difficult for some to distinguish from the real deal. Trust me, it is worth it to by an authentic piece that you will either have for many years or be able to resell at a later point.

Phil and Chris were so accommodating and made the process so easy and fun! We were able to bring our own drinks and snacks and decorate the space for ourselves. We were all given instructions for the candle making by Chris and he was so helpful every step of the way during the 90 minute session. We enjoyed smelling all the different oils and were able to mix the scents for our candles all while mingling and having a good time. After making the candles we also had the option to stamp the lids with a mold and I loved it!! The class was so worth it and we all left happy!! This place was a perfect girls night out.
