Their computer systems are also terrible since anytime I go into the store, they can never find my order using my telephone number or email. . It's like their systems don't talk to each other and the most recent upgrade was a disaster. I'll never buy another product from Crate & Barrel since they don't value customer service. Something has to change since no one wants to deal with a business where you can't get through on the toll-free number or when you go into the store, they spend a half an hour trying to find your order.

The cabinets were very well priced, all with soft close and well constructed cabinets. I got quartz counters and backsplash and they were so aggressively priced that nobody could compete with them and I did a ton of shopping around. The only suggestion I would make to a future buyer is to work with their installer for two reasons. A better understanding of their drafting and install process and secondly better priced. I went with someone I knew from previous jobs and found out I spent $3-4K over what I should have spent. Cabinet changes and issues arose and they were their when my phone rang and support was prompt and fast delivery for the replacement and re-designed space. I will put it two ways to all future buyers, message me and you can see my kitchen first hand. Secondly when the interest rates drop and I buy another house, these guys are doing my kitchen again.

I typically get toiletries, cat food and litter, and skincare. Their brand of cat litter is pretty great but kind of dusty and the cat food works with my boys. Always worth the money!
