He is always friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. Recently, Chad came out for our regular service, and about a week and a half later we found a small scorpion inside our home. Living in Las Vegas, we know that during the hot summer months pests will sometimes try to make their way indoors looking for cooler places. I reached out to Chad the next morning, and not only did he take the time to answer my questions and provide helpful advice, but he also came back out and sprayed the inside of our home for added peace of mind. We typically only have the exterior treated because his service does such a great job of keeping pests out, so we really appreciated the extra effort and reassurance. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Other companies made me feel like it was no big deal or I was overreacting etc. Rick never made me feel this way and the few times I've had to call or message him because of something that concerned me or freaked me out-he has always showed up and taken care of it. I hate bugs so this is important to me. I get monthly treatments and have been bug free since 2017. I love the products he uses-whatever it is. It's safe for my pups and kid and I love this service. Not only did he protect my house from the pigeons that have called it home for the last few years, he also pressure washed and cleaned all the area of the roof from pigeon droppings. Added grates and spikes to prevent them from coming back and even cleaned up any droppings left from the pigeons roosting. And I don't just mean spray off the concrete. He even dug in the dirt and rocks to get as much out as possible and cleaned up the front yard area where there was droppings! He also tidied up some shoddy work from the company that installed my solar panels. His pricing was fair and addressed all the possible future locations pigeons might want to roost to ensure they will be gone for good! Cannot recommend Amos enough!

Amos mentioned that he could make a device to deter them, or use a brick to do so. We opted for the brick for the aesthetics Amos was very quick about getting back to me, he texted me about the roof, which he said wasn't bad, we would just need to block off the water from the hot tub to the pool. Glad to get such honest service an and great customer service.
