I've been using this company for several years. Customer services is great, they always show up when they say they are going to, communication is great- I get an email reminder if my regularly scheduled service then the tech texts me the day before with a timeframe. Their staff seems to stick around which I really like because I don't want a different tech stranger coming into my house every time, I think I may have had 3 different techs over the last few years and that's mainly because I've switched my scheduled days due to my scheduling issues. All techs are very respectful and friendly and seem to know their stuff about bugs and their job. If I've ever had an issue with bugs and they are not scheduled to spray soon (when seasons change) they take care of it quickly. We had a bedbug scare. Fischer sent out a very knowledgeable and conscientious technician. He did a great job addressing our concerns and looking for evidence in our various bedrooms, bath and living room. I was having a complete panic, certain we got bedbugs somehow. The technician came in and was super thorough and knowledgeable. This can happen to anyone who travels. He didn't find anything. It later turned out that I was being bitten by midges. Been a client of Fischer's Pest Control for probably around 10 years or so. Even as I moved homes, I have moved them with me to my new address. Whatever they use is very effective since I do not find any pests in my home. If I do find one, it is already dead. I was very pleased with this business. I discovered some wasp nests near my front porch and searched Yelp. I picked Fischers because of their 5 star rating and they were close to me. I called on Monday and he had an opening on Tuesday between 1:30 and 3:30. On Tuesday my technician texted me at 2:15 that he was running late even though he was within the quoted time frame. He found two additional nests one of which was about to launch babies. Then he offered to walk the perimeter of the house to check for other nests. From my interactions with Carl, the manager, to Kana, the technician, I was treated with kindness and respect. Yes, I will definitely do business with them again and also refer people to them. Robert is excellent on showing up when he says he will, and is very understanding of maneuvering around my dog (who doesn't like strangers). On top of all of that he's quick and friendly! We had a scorpion problem at our new place and ever since we've been having them spray the very few (like two of them) that we've seen have been dead.
