DO NOT RECOMMEND! The service was not good. I had to call them out after the service to spray again and still didn't work. I tried it again a few times since it is a 24 month contract and again had to call them back out after each service. I had to call another pest patrol company to come spray after them and Bammm no more. Disgusting I had to pay for 2 different providers and pay a dumb cancellation fee terrible serivce. AGAIN! This is my honest fact-based experience. Steve is awesome - a knowledgable and nice guy. He quoted me $90 for an initial treatment based on the size of my house (approx 3300 sf) and, he stated at that time, $40 for subsequent quarterly treatments. Seems reasonable enough, so I signed up! We were a couple weeks late for our quarterly treatment (they texted me that it was due Oct 11 and we had it done on the 26th). Instead of $40 I was charged $85. I thought this was a one-time penalty type of thing for being a few weeks late, so I agreed to it. We happened to have an ant problem at that time and they were being tenacious. Steve came on Oct 26 to do the treatment, which didn't work. He had to do a re-treatment, which didn't work again. Finally we used the complimentary ant baits Steve gave us (4 total) to completely get rid of them. Ok so Steve was last at my house less than 2 months ago (Nov 15) and I get a text the other day (Jan 5) to say my quarterly treatment is due, and my quarterly payment is $85.00! Wow, $85 every 2 months will come out to over $1000 a year, which 1) is not quarterly and 2) is a lot to charge for a treatment that didn't quite work last time. I like Steve a lot so torn writing this, but his admin has some numbers to figure out here. I don't have a ton of money to spend on pest control and something is just not adding up... read more

I am so happy to have found an environmentally friendly pest control company. So good to know that I can be bug free and the chemicals will not harm my pets or children. Enviro Guard is very reliable. I had a rat problem and they were at my house the next day to set up traps. Steve came over very often to check the traps and refill the bait.
