It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.

His attention to details really impressed me. Like for example - using stainless steel screws and washers, to make sure it lasts forever without rusting. He has yet to refund me any of my money won't answer my phone calls nor texts. Stated to me that he put a claim in where the door was from but come to find out he never did because I called the place and they confirmed he never put a claim in for the damage door. He made every excuse in the book why he couldn't come and put the door on. It sat in my yard for over a month, which I did not give him permission to drop the door off when it was delivered to his business total nightmare with this!
