I had visited Jonesboro 3 times and always wanted to stop here. I finally found the time and it was everything that I hoped it would be. I ordered the Jackhammer (Butter Pecan Concrete filled with Cookie Dough). It was made perfectly and so good that I couldn't stop eating to save any for later lol! This place is the best. Service had always been prompt and kind. Spectacular custard that you can share with your fuzzy friends. There is a nice covered area to sit and look at the menu and order under as well if you dont want to just drive through. Cookie dough chunks and pecans is my favorite combination. This place is amazing!!! Their menu always has something 'seasonal'. But they have their main dishes. I've never got anything there that wasn't good. The service there has always been top notch. We go to Andy's pretty regularly for a treat. Ordering is easy, service is fast, and the product is great! Weve tried different concretes, plain custards in cones, and floats. All were very good. I wish you could get different flavored custards in the waffle cone (can only do vanilla and chocolate). They also give pup cups for furry friends! Highly recommend Andy's! read more

I usually don't post reviews but, I spent 6$ on a sundae with no pecans. And I get basically just icecream with hot fudge not to be seen, only maybe one or 2 squirts of it and 1 cherry!!! It's advertised to have like 3 and I get 1 tiny one. Just disappointing read more

Not very good especially for the prices they charge. You would think they could afford lids for their containers but they were out when we went and our banana splits were melted by time we got back home which is less than ten minutes away. I wore more than I got to eat because of it. Hopefully they get some lids to help resolve the issue If I decide to give them another try in the future. read more

Tree Nut Allergy? No problem. Big kudos for Andy's Frozen Custard. Lots of people don't know how dangerous allergies could be. One of my kids has a severe tree nut allergy and eating ice cream can be a problem all the time. My wife and me decided to give it a shot to Andy's Frozen Custard. We told the staff about the tree nut allergy. The staff seemed very knowledgeable about this, very friendly, awesome ice cream and best of all, our kid did not break out or anything, so they did an awesome job. "Medium cup of vanilla custard for $2.64." I got familiar with those words every night of the week while staying in Jonesboro. I was never a big frozen custard fan until I tried Andy's frozen custard. Andy's vanilla custard is simply phenomenal. And it's fairly inexpensive. I can only hope that some day an Andy's franchise comes to my hometown and sets up shop. On second thought, I take that back. If they ever set up shop in my home town I'll probably end up broke and weigh more than my house. The stuff is highly addictive and most likely very high in calories. By the way, while this location is impressive, it's not as impressive as the other Andy's shop located on East Highland Drive. I would call that one the mothership and this one a smaller satellite probe. Together they probably drain half of Jonesboro's electrical grid with their exorbitant bright lighting. read more

My family and I went here for ice cream yesterday since we're in town visiting my wife's family. We loved this place, very good ice cream and such a neat place! I got what was called a James Brownie funky Jackhammer it was very tasty, made of vanilla or chocolate frozen custard blended with creamy peanut butter and brownies, then filled with hot fudge. My wife got the Mint Chip Concrete she said was very tasty as well, made of vanilla or chocolate frozen custard blended with mint syrup and melted chocolate chip. She said she loved that they use the mint syrup cause it gave it more mint flavor! If you're a big fan of the Sprecher bottled drinks then you're in luck cause they sell them here! If you're ever in Jonesboro, Arkansas and have never been here you should give this place a try, I'm glad we did! read more

This must be a tame deer, because I imagine him coming up to me to hand feed him some corn while I lick his velvety skull protuberances to experience the appeal of frozen custard that is unmatched at Andy's. Even if you don't experience strange nature hallucinations, you will be glad to enjoy a frozen custard from Andy's. We got a kids 2 scoop cone. A medium cone. And a jackhammer. The taste was great. Texture good. It was missing one element of most frozen custard I've had, but I couldn't put my finger on what it was. They are very generous with servings, or they were this day.
