Hired S&S to paint the interior of my home in Elkton. After 7 weeks of time, the house is still…read morefar from complete and looks horrible and had been fully painted 4 years ago (really only needed some drywall repair in spots and a full paint). He claimed to have completed 3 different times and each time, we came down to review and found multiple walls and on two of the occasions full rooms not touched. He claimed to have painted 2 coats everywhere and completed all patch work, but there are still nail pops everywhere, drywall seams that were not repaired (which was the primary scope of his work) and continues to demand final payment with out completing the work. He is full of excuses, claimed to want to work 2 shifts to finish the job in 1-2 weeks, but it has all been a very disappointing experience. Now he is claiming the job was a 4 week job which is ridiculous for an interior paint job to begin with, and blames his workers for not doing the job correctly, yet he was rarely on site himself and admittedly hires untrained and unqualified people. Strongly recommend finding someone else if you want the job done at all, let alone properly
