He kept in contact with us and answered every question we had. His crew showed up early for the 2 days it took, and stayed until the sun went down. They were very friendly and I was impressed at how everything was cleaned after each day's work. When there was one small issue I was unsure of, he sent someone right away to take care of it and re-check everything again. He has continually assured me that if any leaks appear, he will be right here to fix it-I like that there is continued support after the job is done! I would highly recommend Travis and his crew. Our roof looks awesome and we are very happy with it and Travis, and the price was in the ball park of other companies we had checked out. The vent was in the garage but due to snow it was delayed. I was told to contact them and have them do the install. I wanted to be present due to the bad reviews. The first man came and appeared confused. He contacted coworkers to come. They did. Someone climbed on the roof. There are a couple of nails dropped on my patio. They said that they could not do it unless the dryer company. They also informed me that since they came to the house their obligation was done and if I wanted to have the vent replaced I would have to pay them again AND arrange for a dryer vent installer to be there at the same time. THEY DID NOT DO WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO. I would not recommend using this company.

Taking the old gutters…read moreoff 5 Putting the continuous gutters on and asking where we want downspouts 5 Coming back to pick up all the nails and screws that they dropped removing the old gutters NOPE! Even after we called and asked them to bring out one of their large magnets brooms that all roofing and contractors have Nope, no show. I personally picked up 10 nails the day after installing the gutters The next day my husband picked up another dozen. We got the gutters put on the first week of March and today (4/1/26) my hubby pulled his truck into a different section of the drive and lo and behold he went out to get milk just now and has a flat tire. The screw is an exact match to the ones in our gutters! So they do a great job installing but they are lax on the clean up. Just be careful before giving final payment. Because that is too too many nails / screws to accidentally miss.

I have had to chase them down to order the windows then significant delays without notification. Today is the last straw. I have been waiting for the installers to show up. I called after the window of time I was given only to find out they cancelled and claimed to call me yesterday of which I have no missed calls or VM from them. My only hope now is to cancel and begin anew with a different company. I do not want their service if it will be anything like their performance so far. This has been so frustrating.
